Welcome to the Platinum Medical Centre
At the Platinum Medical Centre we see over 30,000 patients each year across a wide range of services including Orthopaedic Care, Spinal Care, Digestive Health, Neurosurgery, Oncology and Women's health services including our Breast Care Unit.
The Platinum Medical Centre is a short walk from Lord’s Cricket Ground and we have a regular shuttle bus between the centre and the main Wellington Hospital.
This is The Wellington Hospital’s main outpatient and diagnosis centre, with 38 consulting rooms, 15 day case rooms and 4 theatres, and is the largest private outpatient centres in the UK. Through our partnership with Central Health Physiotherapy we also provide outpatient physiotherapy in our state-of-the-art physiotherapy gym. We offer the full range of diagnostic imaging services available including PET-CT scanner. Most initial consultations with our consultants will take place here at the Centre.

The Wellington Breast Unit
At the Platinum Medical Centre our breast care specialist team provide a comprehensive breast care service for those experiencing symptomatic breast problems. We also provide a screening service for asymptomatic (no symptoms)or for those with a family history of cancer.
The unit offers a one-stop diagnostic service with a breast consultant, which includes:

- Appropriate breast imaging
- Results reporting in one visit
The clinical nurse specialists also support those attending the hospital for a procedure or surgery, as well as long term patients requiring regular returning visits.
